Returns & Refunds
How a return works depends on what you ordered. Our apparel is made to order; our accessories are stocked items. Here's how we handle each.
Apparel (Made to Order)
Every piece of Nested Peak apparel is made to order. That means it's produced specifically for you when you place your order -- which is better for the environment, better for quality control, and better for your wallet. It also means we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
What we cover: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@nestedpeak.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work with our production partner to send you a replacement or issue a refund -- no runaround. No return shipping required; because items are made to order, we don't ask you to ship anything back for defect or damage claims.
What we don't cover:
- Sizing issues (please check the size guide before ordering)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Minor variations in print placement within standard tolerances (placement may vary by up to about 0.5 inch)
Accessories (Stocked Items)
Accessories -- bottles, bags, caps, and other non-apparel gear -- are stocked items, so we handle them like a normal store.
What we cover: If your accessory arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@nestedpeak.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund -- no need to ship anything back.
Change of mind: Return unused accessories in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund. You cover return shipping, and we'll refund the item price (original shipping isn't refundable) once it's back with us. For low-cost accessories, we may simply refund you without asking you to ship the item back.
What we don't cover:
- Items that have been used, worn, or taken out of their original packaging
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
To start an accessory return, email support@nestedpeak.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, contact us at support@nestedpeak.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll help track it down and work with the carrier to make it right.
We stand behind what we make. If something's wrong, reach out -- we'll take care of it.
